Who we are
XeeCare is the healthcare recruitment division of Xeebuild Limited ("we", "us"), a recruitment agency registered in Ireland, based in Morristown Road, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@xeebuild.com.
What we collect
When you submit a form or chat with our assistant we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company, location, CV, qualifications and the content of your message.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to match candidates with suitable roles and to provide recruitment services to clients. Our lawful bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating a recruitment business.
AI assistant
Our website assistant "Xee" is powered by an AI model provided by Anthropic. Messages you type are sent to that provider to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive information (such as health data or PPS numbers) in the chat.
Sharing
We share candidate details with prospective employers only with your permission. We use trusted processors for hosting, email, AI services and instant staff notifications (for example WhatsApp or SMS alerts that tell our team a new enquiry has arrived) under appropriate data processing agreements.
Retention
We keep candidate records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client enquiry records are kept for as long as needed for our business relationship and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@xeebuild.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's session storage is used only to remember that you have closed the assistant pop-up.
